   Sore Spots Left By Post-War Pacts
   This map shows at a glance some of the acute problems which confront European chancelleries, the
black sections indicating districts in dispute while the shaded area shows how fascism is stretching a
band across Europe from the baltic to the Mediterranean. Ramsay MacDonald (upper left) of Great
Britain, Edouard Deladier (lower left) of France, Adolf Hitler (upper right of Germany and Benito Mus-
solini of Italy are wrestling with these problems.
