PARIS BOYCOTTS
   GERMAN STORES

   PARIS, Apr. 1 (AP)–An anti-Ger-
man boycott was declared effective
at 10 a. m. today but it was limited
to an appeal to sympathizers  to
abstain from patronizing Germans.
   Jewish merchants continued to
display signs saying they would
refuse to receive German sales-
men.
A protest eeting will be held
tonight.
A boycott was organized by a
committee of   the  International
League against anti-Semitism.
   The  committee appealed for a
boycott against   German  goods
while the Chancellor Hitler pro-
gram continues in Germany.
